Cygnes (swans). So, you pipe a body, and a neck, and then you cut the body to make the wings, and feel the resulting space with whipped cream, and shove the wings and neck in, and poof, you have a swan! I would have had mine facing each other, except that they both leaned badly in opposite directions, so the only way to get them looking good was to play to that leaning, which I did in this picture. :)
